With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Dion brings a rare problem-solving mindset to design, ensuring that every project is both visually striking and technically sound.

Her career began in technical illustration, where she translated complex mechanical concepts into clear, accurate diagrams and schematics. This foundation instilled a deep appreciation for form, function, and detail—qualities that continue to define her work today.

In 1993, Dion advanced into leadership roles as a Senior Graphic Artist and Creative Director, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale rebranding initiatives. From interactive web graphics and custom packaging to trade show exhibits and technical publications, her projects consistently reflect both creativity and precision.

Since 2008, Dion has expanded her expertise into branding and identity design, collaborating with advertising agencies and corporate clients across manufacturing, technology, and consumer goods industries.
